Rodzilla Rests Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or backordered items may require additional time — we’ll notify you by email if this applies.


Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We ship from our facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma (USA).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Standard shipping is typically UPS.

  • Expedited options (2-Day, Overnight) are available but will require the customer to call in the request. One of our team members will provide a shipping quote. If accepted a team member will send over an order to the customers desired email address for payment.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S. Lower 48 States): 2–7 business days depending on carrier and location.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Shipping is available, but free shipping does not apply. Delivery times vary by location.

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and destination country.

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Weather delays, customs inspections, and carrier issues may affect delivery times.


Free Shipping

  • Free shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged carrier rates.

  • Free shipping, when available, applies to standard ground service unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track your package using the link provided in your email.


International Shipping

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist where possible to resolve the issue.


Shipping Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
